Description & Requirements

We’re looking for a Production Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced and quality-focused environment. You’ll be working on the mechanical assembly of electronic products, following detailed instructions and ensuring high standards are met throughout the process. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, has a good eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow step-by-stepassembly instructionsand seek guidance when needed.
  • Fitmechanical fixingsand carry out tasks likePCB cleaning(manual and machine) andPCB breakout.
  • Work to agreedquality standardsand followESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures.
  • Complete tasks efficiently while avoiding scrap or errors.
  • Use the correct tools and complete all requiredpaperwork for traceability(batch records, build reports, etc.).
  • Keep your work area clean and organised, following5S standards.
  • Maintain tools and shared equipment and report any issues to your team leader.
  • Attend daily team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.
  • Ensuring compliance withHealth & Safety guidelines.
  • Understand how your work impactskey performance indicators (KPIs)like on-time delivery and product quality.

Person Specification (Required)
