We're committed to excellence, driving us to continuously improve and adapt, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of our industry.**The Role:**As Production Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery across your production areas. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll be accountable for performance, conformance to plan and the leadership and development of your production teams.You’ll drive operational performance through clear KPIs, support capacity planning and new product introduction, and champion continuous improvement on the shop floor. While aerospace experience is desirable, we’re primarily looking for a proven production leader with strong experience in manufacturing or complex assembly environments.Key Responsibilities:* Provide clear leadership and direction across our production environment, working closely with our Cell Managers* Work with the Head of Operations to support the translation of strategic objectives into effective operational initiatives.* Own production performance, capacity planning and conformance to plan within your area.* Act as an escalation point for technical, operational and people-related matters.* Coach and develop Cell Leaders to strengthen future line management capability and engagement.* Ensure full compliance with regulatory, quality, health & safety and people processes.* Champion continuous improvement activities including Lean, Kaizen and employee involvement.* Support new product introductions, ensuring readiness across people, processes and facilities.* Monitor, maintain and improve KPIs in line with operational and business goals.* Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to enable effective delivery.## **About You:**You’ll be an experienced Production Manager, or a proven Cell Manager ready to take the next step in your leadership career. with a strong background in manufacturing and/or repair environments, ideally within a regulated or aerospace setting.
