• 3+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading a 5-10 member team.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility, especially in Point of Sale display environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Production Coordinators to build skills and drive accountability.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time in-full by monitoring progress and addressing risks.
• Oversee accuracy of quotations and control project scope changes to ensure profitability.
