Location: Home-based with travel regularly in the UK

Viridian Solar is a market leader in roof-integrated solar in the UK. After developing and launching an industry-first DC connector enclosure safety product, the ArcBox, Viridian Solar seeks someone special to drive the product forward across the residential and commercial solar industries.

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager based in the UK to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our ArcBox product within the solar industry. The Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for ArcBox in the UK
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial solar sectors
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers, distributors, wholesalers, trade associations, and insurance providers
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to support strategic planning
  • Deliver quarterly sales reports, updates, and performance analysis
Key Responsibilities
  • Visit clients and partners across the UK
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Proactively seek out opportunities in new sectors
  • Engage with prospects and customers via social media platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Work closely with current and prospective wholesalers to expand sales channels
  • Collaborate with internal sales team members to share insights and strategies

  • Experience working with distributors and wholesalers across multiple countries is advantageous
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Must be based in the UK
