Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX, and Compliance to deliver technically sound, user-centric, and compliant solutions.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure delivery performance, adoption, and release quality.
  • Act as a domain SME, translating client feedback and regulatory changes into actionable backlog priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Services, Customer Success) to support demos, implementations, and adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement, fostering agile best practices, transparency, and compliance with governance standards.
Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery practices, including backlog refinement and sprint management.
  • Proven ability to write actionable user stories and use cases.

  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management across technical and business teams.
  • Experience balancing regulatory requirements with user experience and business priorities
