A leading coaching company based in London is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to enhance team collaboration and streamline processes. In this hybrid role, you'll maintain an internal knowledge base, coordinate product requests, and ensure teams have the necessary information to succeed. We’re looking for an organised, detail‑loving Product Operations Coordinator to help keep EZRA’s Product team running smoothly. You’ll be the go‑to person who helps connect Product, Studio, Tech, Labs, and Delivery teams, making sure information is clear, deadlines are understood, and everyone has what they need to do their best work.
Your role will span building an internal knowledge base, supporting release notes, coordinating localization needs, improving our feature request process, and strengthening Product Operations so the team can work more effectively.
This is a great role for someone early in their career who loves structure, communication, and problem‑solving – and wants to grow in Product Operations or Product Management.
