As part of our commitment to innovation and customer success, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - API who will champion our API products and drive their adoption in the market.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that position our API solutions as leaders in the industry. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and technical teams to craft compelling messaging, develop go-to-market strategies, and create impactful content that resonates with developers and businesses alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies for Commify's API offerings, aligning them with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market activities tailored to the API market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and sales to ensure alignment on product roadmap and marketing initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and product documentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights that inform product positioning and enhancements.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of API products, leveraging digital channels, webinars, and events.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the Business Communications, API or software development sector.
  • Strong understanding of API technologies and their applications in business communications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and executing successful product launches.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and interact with technical stakeholders effectively.
