Position Description

As a Product Champion at Zafire, you will own the product roadmap and drive a clear product vision aligned with customer needs, market differentiation, and business priorities. This role balances strategic planning with tactical execution, integrating customer-driven enhancements into delivery cycles while leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline product operations. Acting as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, you will ensure Zafire’s products meet real-world operational needs while achieving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, user, and stakeholder research to guide evidence-based product decisions.
• Define, communicate, and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Lead product planning sessions and prioritise features based on strategic impact, value, and feasibility.
• Oversee delivery of the roadmap with engineering, design, and delivery teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer change requests (intake, evaluation, prioritisation, integration).
• Use AI tools for CR automation, delivery capacity modelling, and roadmap communication.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure roadmap alignment.
• Act as the “voice of the customer” internally and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams with product insights.

Qualifications

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Ops, or Customer Solutions in software/SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and complex change request pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted product tools (e.g., Product board, Jira Intelligence, Notion AI, ChatGPT).
• Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication skills.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in operational technology environments (e.g., logistics, aviation, field services).
• Familiarity with airport operations (advantage but not essential).
• Technical background or fluency in working with engineering teams.
