We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and help create, launch, and evolve new AI powered products, while continuing to scale and improve Grantify’s existing platform. If you have a passion for building products from the ground up, iterating rapidly, and working at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and customer value, this role could be your next exciting opportunity.

Your Mission

As a Product Manager at Grantify, you will be a key driver behind the creation and iteration of AI-first products and features, taking ideas from 0 to 1 and scaling them into reliable, high-impact offerings.

You will own the full product lifecycle - from early discovery and concept validation through to delivery, iteration, and scale. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams. Your mission is to help build a robust, scalable product portfolio that delivers meaningful value to customers, supports grantify’s growth strategy, and continuously evolves based on user needs, market insight, and technological innovation.

You will report directly to the CTPO and be an active contributor within the Tech Leadership Team, helping to shape product direction and execution across the business.

Who You Are

• You are a strategic, customer-focused product thinker with a strong bias toward execution.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working closely with different stakeholders.
• You are data-driven, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and iterating quickly.
• You have a proven record of innovating, iterating, and scaling products, including building new offerings from scratch.
• You enjoy operating in fast-paced environments and staying ahead of market and technology trends.

Your Background

• 6+ years of experience in product management within SaaS or technology-led businesses.
• Demonstrated experience taking products or major features from concept to launch, including 0 to 1 product development.
• Experience scaling products post-launch and iterating based on customer feedback and performance data.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align product initiatives to broader business goals.
• Highly data-driven, with experience using analytics and metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate product vision, trade-offs, and priorities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery in close collaboration with engineering, design and QA teams.
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and using customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Exposure to experience working with AI-Powered Products is strongly preferred.

Note: This position is UK-Based. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with one day per week required in the office.
