  • Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, regulated environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Bring creative, user‑focused thinking to personal finance products in a dynamic landscape
  • Help acquire users through multiple different channels
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in product management, focusing on consumer product growth and optimisation; background in leveraging data analytics and user insights for product development is essential
  • Hands‑on collaboration: enjoy working closely with a cross‑functional team, including analysts, designers, marketers, and engineers
  • Decisive and focused: ability to prioritise effectively, often saying “no” more than “yes” to maintain focus on high‑impact activities
  • Strong communication: skilled in aligning and communicating with stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Strategic involvement: actively involve your product squad in strategic planning and decision‑making processes
  • Problem ownership: ready to own issues end‑to‑end and proactive in acquiring new knowledge to address challenges and drive progress
  • Energetic and motivational leadership: known for bringing energy and drive to ensure product success, caring deeply about the team, fostering a positive and productive environment
  • Growth and optimisation focus: passionate about pushing product boundaries, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and optimisation
