Product Manager (Digital / Webflow / Automation)

The Product Manager will lead the full lifecycle of Exponential Science’s digital platforms — from design and delivery, to optimisation, automation, and QA.

You will manage a portfolio of Webflow websites, landing pages, digital products, and automations in close collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams. You love detail, own delivery timelines, and solve problems before they appear.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Project Management
  • Own multiple Webflow websites: design improvements, new builds, maintenance, and integrations
  • Translate business ideas into actionable technical requirements
  • Align marketing, design, and development stakeholders
  • Prioritise effectively while maintaining clarity on timelines and scope
Execution & QA
  • Ship fast: guide designers and developers to launch high-quality, user-focused Webflow sites
  • Ensure strong performance, accessibility, structure, and clean logic
  • Monitor UX and analytics to fix issues proactively
Content & SEO
  • Write and edit high-quality website copy
  • Track analytics, conversions, and search performance to find improvements
  • Oversee content publication workflows (including QA)
  • Support content + event teams with digital tools and templates
Automation & Integrations
  • Identify automation opportunities across digital operations
  • Maintain and improve workflows using tools like Make/n8n, Notion, Airtable, Brevo, Slack
  • Support CRM, analytics, and workflow tool integrations
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver new digital products, microsites, and features
  • Communicate progress clearly with data-backed updates and full accountability
Requirements
  • 3–5 years managing digital products or platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Webflow, Figma, Jira/Asana
  • Strong SEO + analytics literacy (GA4, Search Console)
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable handling shifting priorities
Nice to Have
  • HTML/CSS/JS familiarity + CMS logic
  • Experience with automation, low-code tools, or AI agents
  • Basic Python or API knowledge
  • Interest or experience in Web3 / DLT / AI / deep tech
  • Examples of digital products, websites or Webflow work you’ve led
  • A brief note on your role and impact on each project
