• Experience leading or managing a small to medium‑size support or enablement team.
• Proficient in technical and non‑technical training content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Product Enablement Analysts.
• Manage daily workflow of the Product Enablement function.
• Oversee creation of user‑facing enablement assets.
• Act as a conduit for user feedback and support insights.
• Continuously optimize user support and content delivery processes.
• Track and report on key operational metrics.
