Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new initiatives from concept to execution.
• Design and prototype iterations for experimentation.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Run high-quality user research initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Retention, and Engineering teams.
