We’re seeking a Product Designer to join Paul Ekman Group (PEG) in London, United Kingdom. The Product Designer will shape the experience for our Enterprise and API users, working with product managers and engineers to drive the product vision.

Responsibilities
  • Own the design strategy for growth and enterprise platform features, ensuring cohesive experiences across technical products.
  • Design funnels and growth experiences that drive measurable improvements in conversion and retention.
  • Develop enterprise features such as usage dashboards and administrative controls.
  • Conduct user research to define problems and validate solutions.
  • Translate technical and business requirements into design language.
  • Deliver polished Figma specifications ready for engineering implementation.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years designing web applications, ideally B2B/SaaS or technical products (APIs, developer tools, enterprise software).
  • Strong user-centered design process from problem discovery to measuring impact.
  • Proven ability to design for business metrics (conversion, retention, activation).
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
  • Proficiency in Figma and maintaining high design standards.
  • Experience with globally-scaled products.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Fluent English (German is a plus).
