About The Role

We’re seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Product/Technical Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet the highest regulatory standards across multiple markets. With your expertise in regulated markets, you’ll bridge the gap between compliance and product teams, translating complex regulations into actionable solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across the relevant jurisdictions/markets to correctly advise relevant teams on implementation of technical solutions/products
• Reporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation
• Acting as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and technical consultants and building strong working relationships
• Supporting the Studio teams with the change management procedures of the devices and hardware RNGs for the assigned markets
• Periodically revising policies/procedures to identify potential risks and/or issues
• Begging a bridge between the compliance team and the technical teams
• Translating regulatory requirements into understandable technical language for developers
• Undertaking ongoing quarterly and annual technical audits with regulatory bodies
• Performing detailed analysis of current products with new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance

What We Ask Of You

• Online gaming experience (B2B or B2C)
• Regulated market experience (e.g. UK, Denmark, Spain)
• Experience interpreting and advising on technical regulations, requirements, and standards across relevant jurisdictions/markets
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Highly organised and proactive
• Experience and knowledge of Change Management systems, requirements, and reporting obligations in multiple regulated markets
• Experience interacting with Regulators if/where required on technical compliance matters including producing reports for regulators as may be required
• Multi‑product knowledge e.g. Sportsbook, Live Casino
