A local arts organization in Coventry is seeking a Producer-project manager to oversee the success of arts projects funded by the Arts Council. The role includes working closely with the Artistic Director, coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication with community partners. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have experience in arts project delivery. The position offers a 36-day contract with flexible hours, starting January 2026.
We are seeking a producer-project manager to ensure the success of our Arts Council funded development-year and delivery of our creative events and sharings as we work to build skills and performance value with our members and local community.
Throughout the year we will host a series of small-scale drama sharings and open mics, this will end in December 2026 and forms Stage 1 of our 3-part strategy leading to our member led festival.
This role comprises a 36 day contract in total, at £158.77 a day for £5,715.72, to be worked regularly between January 2026 to December 2026 as agreed by the selected candidate and Artistic Director. The Producer-project manager will need to be available for the production week in early December 2026 and scheduled performances.
Standard working day is 7hours 30minutes, 9am-5:30pm. Our terms are in 12 week blocks for the Spring, Summer and Autumn terms. The chosen candidate if they prefer can work their hours across the week. The candidate must be available to work the majority of their hours during term time. Hours can be worked in both term and non-term time as agreed with the Artistic Director. The role cannot be worked fully remote, and someone local to Coventry is preferred.
