Qualifications

• Strong experience in procurement of raw materials, ideally within the Beauty industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• CIPS Diploma level 3 plus.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement plans for NPD and new business.
• Mitigate supply chain risks for critical materials.
• Set and review annual Opex budget.
• Forecast NPD calendar to anticipate supply chain risks.
• Engage suppliers continuously to identify trends and new product opportunities.
