Qualifications

  • Proven experience in public procurement, ideally with consultancy exposure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results efficiently.
  • Knowledge of PA2023 Procurement regulations.
  • Willingness to travel and a full UK driving licence.

We’re seeking a Procurement Consultant who thrives on building trust-based relationships, delivering outcome-focused solutions, and driving both social and commercial value. This is a client-facing role where your expertise will help shape procurement strategies, lead projects, and support long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Deliver effective procurement solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead and support consultancy engagements and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and supply chain partners.
  • Develop bespoke commercial proposals and track project performance.
  • Promote Inprova’s services and values through professional engagement.
  • Represent Inprova at meetings and events, both internally and externally.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in public procurement, ideally with consultancy exposure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results efficiently.
  • Knowledge of PA2023 Procurement regulations and CIPS qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering client needs and driving change.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
