Process Technician Bio-AMD

This position is located in Bradford, United Kingdom and is on-site only.

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Operating the Bio Acrylamide plant safely from raw material delivery to finished product storage.
  • Participating in process hazard analysis and hazard and operability studies.
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and production targets.
  • Performing routine maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks on process laboratory equipment.
  • Supporting emergency preparedness through simulation exercises and performance reviews.
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in chemical or process industry.
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably on an Upper Tier COMAH site.
  • Good computer literacy and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow procedures accurately.
  • Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Certificate) or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
