About the role:
  • Expected to perform well with the shift team, meeting forecasts for volume, quality and cost while working within the guidelines and specification of the Company Quality System.
  • Monitor process indicators, measure, and control product attributes within agreed tolerance limits (SPC system control and product specification) and make any corrections to the process.
  • Requirement to read and understand the use of equipment and instruments for measuring process and physical properties of the casing.

  • For any operational downtime the operator is required to respond quickly and efficiently to rectify the problem.
  • Manual handling requirements with various tasks for example two-man operation moving trolleys.
  • You should possess a logical approach to fault finding, good manual dexterity and numerical skills together with exceptional hygiene standards.
About you:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in and a thorough understanding of Devro’s production processes and the role of a Process Operator. This is a semi забол. skilled role that requires significant on the job BEACH training. You will have great hand to eye co-ordination and will have a curious nature to learn and understand our processes.
You will have knowledge of manufacturing techniques/tools, such as Continuous Improvement, SPC, basic knowledge of wanding, bar coding and computer literacy.
