The Process Improvement Lead will provide strategic leadership for the continuous improvement of Operational Administration and non-dispatch functions within the Operational Control Centre (OCC). This role is pivotal in shaping operational excellence, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality across critical processes that support field operations. The position will influence transformation initiatives, ensure benefit realisation, and lead the adoption of new systems, data, and technology improvements.

As a senior leader, this role will set clear performance standards, embed governance frameworks, and foster a culture of innovation and compliance. The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between operational processes and strategic objectives.
