Qualifications

• Strong background in Project Management within Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in complex multi-process manufacturing.
• Good understanding of CAD packages, ideally both 2D and 3D.
• Knowledge of quality functions, such as root cause/corrective actions.
• Health and Safety conscious with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement improvement projects across different manufacturing processes.
• Support departments with improvement projects highlighted by operators.
• Optimise existing processes and manufacturing techniques.
• Work with technical and quality teams to ensure compliance.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and apply manufacturing techniques.
• Use data capturing to attain and analyse production data.
• Present regular project updates and take responsibility for overdue actions.
• Liaise with departments to ensure project success.
