Job description

This is a full-time (part time would be considered), on-site position based primarily in Haverfordwest for a Private Client Solicitor. We are looking for someone to support our Head of Private Client with the more complex work. Therefore the role involves managing a caseload that is likely to include drafting more complex wills, administering more complex estates, advising on trusts and deputyships, and providing legal guidance to the private client team and on other more complex private client matters.

Additional responsibilities exist such as liaising with clients, maintaining compliance with legal standards, and collaborating with other departments when broader legal issues arise.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency knowledge and experience in private client work.
• Strong communication, research, and client-management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple cases
• Qualified Solicitor in Wales and England of at least 4 years.
