Principal Product Designer
Up to £150k
London (Hybrid)


We’re partnering with a fast-growing consumer platform in the health and wellbeing space, and they’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to help elevate and evolve their core user experience.


This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of the Core Experience — the central journey that shapes how users engage with the product day to day. You’ll set the design vision, raise the craft across teams, and help define what exceptional looks like.


You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, work on complex user flows, and act as a mentor to designers who are eager to learn and grow.

  • A strategic designer who can move comfortably between vision-setting and detailed execution.

  • Someone who champions simplicity, clarity and thoughtful systems design.

  • A collaborator who enjoys partnering across Product, Engineering and Research.

  • Experience leading or influencing design quality within multi-disciplinary teams.
