• Experience managing transformations & supporting data environment builds desirable.
• Experience working to budgets & developing business cases for capability enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop price optimisation capability with external pricing engines.
• Define & support Pricing Strategy with the Head of Trading.
• Manage risk & trading performance through model development.

Skills

Experience of pricing a personal lines insurance product

Understanding of modelling processes and concepts

Experience in market standard pricing tools (e.g. Radar/Earnix)

Proven people leadership skills

Ability to innovate & work in a fast paced environment
