Press Setters & Operators / Toolmakers / Press Setter Supervisor

Our client, a Gloucestershire-based manufacturing company, is expanding its manufacturing teams and skill sets. They supply a wide variety of customers across multiple industries.

Role Summary
The role involves working on high-speed, precision stamping presses. Candidates will be hired as press setters, operators, supervisors, or toolmakers for new tooling, maintenance, and repair of existing press tooling.

Pay Rates
Toolmakers: Negotiable
Supervisor: £16.92 per hour
Setter: £14.40 per hour
Operator: £13.42 per hour

Shift Patterns
Double day shifts: 6 am‑2 pm / 2 pm‑10 pm Monday‑Thursday, 6 am‑1 pm / 1 pm‑8 pm Friday.
Permanent night shift: 8 pm‑6 am Monday‑Wednesday, 9 pm‑6 am Thursday.
