What You’ll Be Doing

As a Press Operator, you’ll be at the heart of the manufacturing process. Your day will revolve around operating advanced press‑brake machines to produce precision‑engineered components. Every shift brings variety, problem‑solving, and the chance to work with impressive technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining press‑brake machines
  • Loading programs and adjusting settings for different materials and thicknesses
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job sheets
  • Carrying out inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications
  • Optimising cutting speeds and parameters to keep production efficient and reduce waste
What We’re Looking For
  • 23 years experience operating press‑brake machines
  • Solid understanding of processes and materials
  • Experience with aluminium
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work
  • Good organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
