A prominent prep school in London is seeking a Prep School Administrator to ensure the professional running of the School Office. This role involves working closely with the Principal and Office Manager, acting as a point of contact for parents and students. Salary: Actual Salary circa £24,000 depending on experience and reflects the term-time nature of the role. This salary is based on a full-time equivalent annual salary of circa £30,000 depending on experience.

Prep School Administrator

You will work closely with the Principal and Office Manager to ensure the efficient and professional running of the School Office. Acting as a key point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors, the School Administrator will embody the School’s values in all aspects of their work, liaising with teaching staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Prep School.

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday (8.00am – 4.30pm with an unpaid hour for lunch). This is a permanent, term time position (36 weeks per year).
