The Role

Reporting to the Head of Premium Sales, this role plays a vital part within the team, responsible for the planning, execution, and fulfilment of hospitality and premium offerings across all events, products, and premium spaces. The position is instrumental in delivering a seamless, world-class experience for our customers at every touchpoint, ensuring excellence from initial engagement through to post-event satisfaction.

Please Note : This is a 22 hours per week contract.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality management information (MI) and detailed commercial financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance controls and efficiency.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews with Department Heads to discuss results, forecasts, and performance.
  • Prepare annual budgets and regular reforecasts, challenging departments to meet financial targets.
  • Contribute to business planning and evaluate the financial impact and ROI of key initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with outstanding customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and a professional understanding of social media.
