An engineering company is seeking a Pre-Construction Design Manager to join their Southampton team, supporting bid and design functions. This role involves managing design input during tenders, developing client relationships, and ensuring collaboration with design consultants. Essential qualifications include a BEng in a relevant discipline, experience in multi-disciplined design engineering, and strong communication skills. Due to continued successes and targeted growth, we are now recruiting for a Pre-Construction Design Manager to join our talented teams, working closely with both the bid and design teams.
The Pre-Construction Design Manager will have a background in both multi-discipline design engineering and pre-construction and as well as having a passion for engineering.
