Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of APQP, FMEA, 8D, and Control Plans.
  • Confident in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting audits and process compliance checks to ensure adherence to defined standards.
  • Supporting APQP and NPI activities to ensure robust process control through production.
  • Preparing and maintaining PPAP documentation to meet customer requirements.
  • Leading 8D investigations and corrective actions to resolve and prevent issues.
  • Analysing quality data, scrap, and rework trends to drive improvement.
  • Conducting internal audits and process checks to maintain compliance.
