THE ROLE

We are seeking to hire a skilled IT Pre-sales Consultant to join our professional services team and work closely with our sales team.

You will be responsible for building and supporting client-centric solutions for a host of IT service solutions across IT infrastructures, VoIP and print management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical expertise and support in pre-sales activities.
• Solutions design and advice for IT services, telco/ connectivity solutions and print infrastructures.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Working with sales consultants to support their activity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service and support.
• Work in a hybrid role with easy access to either our London or Birmingham office, as well as being able to attend client sites.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Full Microsoft certifications in Azure and 365.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of VoIP and connectivity telephone systems.
• Experience in similar roles with a forward-thinking approach to solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving licence.
