A community support organization is seeking a Practice Development Facilitator in Edinburgh. This full-time permanent role involves training and supporting teams to enhance their skills in person-centred practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching abilities and have experience in building team capacity to work autonomously. Successful candidates will provide training and support for teams to learn how to use the tools, processes, and procedures required to do their job including: support planning, quality improvement, activity planning, and recruitment. You will model work practices consistent with a common set of person‑centred behaviours and work with teams to develop and embed effective person‑centred support practices. Alongside a team coach you will support teams to work autonomously and make decisions within a clear framework of accountability. You will be skilled in question‑driven coaching approaches, designing person‑centred support strategies and have experience of supporting teams to build capacity to work autonomously.
