We areseeking an experienced and proactivePlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Scheduling lead to oversee the planning, coordination,and delivery of scheduled maintenance across a diverse national portfolio. From complex facilities to high-volume service contracts, you’ll play a critical role in performance, compliance, and efficiency — managing engineers, subcontractors, and systems to ensure maintenance lands where and when it matters.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role supports a broad range of commercial clients, spanning large-scale facilities and high-volume service contracts across multiple sectors.

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of all PPM activities, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and service level agreements. Operating through CAFM and client systems, you will manage engineer and subcontractor deployment, monitor KPI performance, and drive service efficiency across all sites. This is a key role in maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and cost-effective maintenance delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and overseeing all scheduled maintenance activities across client sites
  • Using CAFM and client systems to manage asset registers, PPM schedules, and tasks
  • Coordinating engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery
  • Ensuring statutory compliance across disciplines (fire, water, lifts, electrical)
  • Monitoring SLAs, generating performance reports, and driving continual improvement
  • Leading internal audits and supporting quarterly client reviews
  • Maintaining documentation (RAMS, permits, schedules) and system accuracy
  • Mentoring a small team in CAFM usage and maintenance coordination
What we are looking for
  • 3+ years’ experience managing PPM through CAFM systems
  • Strong team management skills, with a background in PPM Scheduling
  • Knowledge ofJobLogic is a plus (but not essential)
  • Solid understanding of statutory compliance requirements, RAMS and PPM
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
  • Technically confident with electrical and mechanical environments
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and performance trends
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable in fast-paced operations
