As from the PBS side, as a practitioner and supervisor, I love coaching and guiding my supervisees, enjoy seeing them growing in the PBS field and become more knowledgeable. About my clients, I love supporting them to achieve a better quality of life and improving their relationships with staff or other family members.”

We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills and learn about proactive and reactive strategies to increase quality of life for NDIS participants.

Day to day you will:
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants’ homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work
