A leading housing organization is seeking a Property Manager to oversee rental agreements and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, possess a full UK driving license, and have experience in housing management. Responsibilities include maintaining properties, managing tenancy issues, and supporting tenants in their needs. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits including a company car, 25 days of annual leave, and opportunities for volunteering leave.
Location: St Austell – required travel around Cornwall
Salary: £27,957.53 per annum, plus company car
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Role Criteria
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
