The PMO Analyst ensures smooth delivery of business change by providing expert coordination and PMO support. You’ll enable effective planning, risk and benefits tracking, governance, and continuous improvement across the Value Stream. This role suits someone proactive and detail-focused, ready to enhance PMO effectiveness and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Support delivery management to ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes.
Help develop and embed project management standards, processes, and governance.
Track and report benefits as initiatives progress.
Provide expert guidance to delivery teams for effective change delivery.
Embed the evolving change delivery model into daily operations.
Drive improvements to processes, policies, and procedures.
Deliver training to enhance team and Value Stream capability.
