Job summary

An established firm is seeking a qualified plumber in North East England to handle site surveys, install washroom appliances, and perform maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate must hold at least a City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, have relevant experience, and ideally possess an NVQ Level 3. Out-of-hours work may be necessary to accommodate client needs, making flexibility important in this role.

Qualifications

• Completed plumbing apprenticeship required.
• Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
• JIB CSCS card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Survey sites and complete reports.
• Install various washroom appliances.
• Carry out maintenance visits and manage van stock.
