A Stable, Monday–Friday Role With No Callouts or Boiler Work

If you’re a qualified plumber with CK1 who wants reliable hours, year-round planned work, and the security of a permanent role, this is an excellent opportunity.

Join ClwydAlyn’s Planned Works team and play a key part in delivering high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and wet-room refurbishments across our homes.

You’ll enjoy a predictable routine, clear schedules, and the support of a friendly, values‑driven organisation.

This is 95% plumbing with light CK1 work only — no boilers, no servicing, no breakdowns, and no on‑call.

Why CK1 Is Essential

During planned refurbishments, we often need to safely disconnect and reconnect gas cookers. CK1 allows this work to be done safely and efficiently.

To be clear, you will not be asked to:

  • service boilers
  • deal with fault diagnostics
  • attend heating breakdowns
  • join an out‑of‑hours gas rota

Your CK1 is only for simple reconnection tasks linked to refurb work.

We also cover the cost of ACS CK1 renewal.
