You’ll get 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, which increase to up to 25 days with years of service.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
  • Undertaking tank replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
  • Conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring.
  • Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.
  • Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
What we are looking for:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
  • Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a bonus.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
