A leading facilities management provider in Scotland is seeking a Plumber for a fixed-term contract at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. This role involves delivering a high-quality plumbing service, ensuring compliance with statutory standards, and working closely with operational teams. The ideal candidate should have significant plumbing experience and be familiar with healthcare environments. This position offers full-time hours and a supportive team environment.

Reports to: Estates Supervisor / Maintenance Manager
Salary: Agenda for Change – Band 4
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours
Contract Type: Fixed-Term
To provide a high‑quality, responsive, and safe plumbing service within Forth Valley Royal Hospital, an acute care facility. The role involves delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), responding to reactive repair works, and ensuring compliance with statutory and NHS standards. The successful candidate will have hands‑on experience working with Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) and a good understanding of water hygiene systems. Healthcare experience, particularly knowledge of HAI‑Scribe, will be advantageous.
