MNM Property Services is looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer - Multitrader to join our growing team in North West London. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with strong plastering skills and the ability to carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks within occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, bonding, and making good after works
• Prepare surfaces, including removing damaged plaster and applying suitable finishes
• Undertake multitrade works such as basic carpentry, painting, tiling, and minor repairs
• Work on both reactive maintenance and planned works
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment in residents’ homes
• Communicate professionally with tenants, supervisors, and office staff
• Follow all health & safety and company procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plasterer in a maintenance or social housing environment
• Ability to carry out multitrade works to a good standard
• Good knowledge of materials, tools, and plastering techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
