• Proven experience working as in a senior plant mechanic/fitter role.
• Sound knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to develop and manage teams in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• A valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficient running of the workshop.
• Maximise availability of plant for hire and monitor workloads.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and kept in working order.
• Support and develop the team to maximise performance.
• Ensure health and safety within the depot workshop.
