# Planning Coordinator### Job Introduction**Planning Coordinator** At Tarmac, we're on the lookout for a **Planning Coordinator** to join the team in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. **About the Role**Joining the National Road Planing team, you will report to the Planning and Transport Manager and operate as part of our operations department, working in a fast paced and ever changing work environment,**What you'll be doing**In this role, you as the successful **Planning Coordinator** will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)* Co-ordinating of Gangs, Transport and machinery to ensure national operations are undertaken* Booking of external plant* Liaising with customers and supervisors to ensure all works are planned efficiently* Communicating all information clearly to employees* To complete data entry on planning system and complete records for all jobs* Order raising and processing**What we are looking for**We are looking for someone who is Computer literate with Microsoft and Excel, can demonstrate good interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be a strong communicator with good administrative and organisational skills.
