A leading UK university subsidiary is seeking a Planned and Statutory Maintenance Supervisor in Northampton. The role involves ensuring statutory compliance of building systems and delivering maintenance through in-house and subcontractor teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing maintenance programs within budget and time, overseeing a multi-skilled workforce, and ensuring high standards of operation. Qualifications include an NVQ Level 3 and IOSH/NEBOSH certifications.

The University of Northampton Enterprises Ltd is looking to recruit a Planned and Statutory Maintenance Supervisor. They will ensure statutory compliance of the built environment and deliver planned preventative maintenance of all building systems through both in‑house and contractor teams.
The post holder will manage the planned maintenance team and subcontractors to ensure work orders are allocated appropriately and planned preventative and statutory phố rพ is complete in a timely fashion, within budget and to all appropriate health and safety standards.
The post holder will work closely with the reactive maintenance team and cover for the reactive maintenance supervisor as required.
