The person will be responsible for interacting with partners, analyzing the financial performance of uk property portfolios, creating and implementing business plans for existing investments as well as preparing and presenting strategic recommendations for Investment Committees. The individual will look after UK asset management activities across all asset classes; build constructive relationships with our partners and support the European team with UK know-how. Work closely with country head to expand UK presence and footprintThe role is based in London. The applicant can be expected to be involved in all varying stages of the investment cycle. Direct experience in property portfolio management is helpful, as well as working with 50-50 type JVs.Key Responsibilities* Work closely with joint venture partners and third party service providers (including property and asset managers, leasing and investment agents etc.) driving their performance, creating optimal business plans and ensuring investment performance is in-line with the business plan* Handle the communication with external parties (agents, brokers, property managers, vendors, analysts, property surveyors); control and check their work* Monitor properties and performance on a day-to-day basis* Target/actual comparisons, independent check of the ongoing weekly result (plan/actual deviations).
