Qualifications

• Completed an approved Pharmacy Assistant training course (e.g. NPA Interact).
• Completed an approved Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant course (e.g. NPA DAC - 1 year course).
• Shows care and compassion for customers and is always helpful.
• Comfortable working shifts and weekends where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and confidential service to patients.
• Support OTC sales and stock replenishment.
• Label and dispense Prescription Only Medicines.
• Handle prescriptions safely in line with procedures.
• Resolve surgery queries.
