About the role

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. Working alongside experienced Pharmacists and managers, you will receive local management and leadership support in whatever store you are based. We are looking for talented and driven Pharmacy professionals who can deliver the highest quality healthcare service to our customers and, in return, we\'ll provide a supportive team, detailed industry training and a varied working environment where no two days are the same.

Availability and hours

Our policy offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; opportunities for fewer hours (minimum 12) are available. Availability windows are set to inform scheduling; you\'ll receive 3 weeks\' notice of shifts. We aim to support flexibility if your availability closely matches the advertised times.

Availability examples (illustrative): Sun 10:00–15:00; Wed 15:00–21:00; Sat 14:00–21:00.

What you will do

• Support the operation of one of our modern Pharmacies as part of a team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide confident, friendly information to customers and deliver high-quality service.
• Advise customers on common ailments, symptoms and products; understand customer needs and explain product benefits clearly.
• Discuss Pharmacy services available and support the dispensing process according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure legal and professional standards are followed; handle clinical and legal queries from Healthcare practitioners within area of competence.
• Maintain dispensary and consulting room cleanliness and ensure all prescription administration is accurate and timely.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives within the team; complete corporate and departmental training; stay updated on legal and professional developments in pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
• A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.

Pay, hours and benefits

Rate of pay starts from £12.87 per hour; increases to £14.08 per hour for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week; options for 12+ hours also available.
