As a Pharmacist at our hospital,you’ll be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and you’ll have proven post-qualification experience. It’s also important that you have excellent communication and people skills, as you’ll be working closely with our patients and a variety of clinical staff.
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for optimising medication therapy and promoting safe, effective, and cost-efficient drug use within the hospital. The role involves direct patient care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve treatment outcomes and minimise medication-related problems.
