Orbis Golf has been engaged to deliver their Golf Academy Management services at Paultons Golf Centre in Hampshire.

We are now opening recruitment for a PGA Coach to join us in 2026 on a self-employed basis.

Orbis Golf are passionate about helping PGA Professionals to improve their coaching business and measure the value they are bringing to the facility they are working with.

Join our growing team of 30 PGA Professionals and industry experts delivering first class coaching at 14 locations in the south and southeast of England.

Support from Orbis Golf

Coaches engaged with Orbis Golf will benefit from:

• Lead generation via online marketing channels, tailored to you and your services
• Training on how to convert leads into high value clients
• Software and ongoing business support through our online Learning Management System
• Support of an experienced management team, with industry links for future career prospects both in the UK and abroad

Overview of the Role

The role we currently have available will allow you to build a thriving golf coaching business at the facility and grow the development pathways, specifically with respect to junior golf and women in golf.

Paultons Golf Centre boasts a Trackman, floodlit driving range, with great footfall and on course coaching opportunities.

Significant earning potential with expected first year earnings at an average of £40,000 OTE.
